Looking For Wordpress Link Beautifier Plugin

I’m looking for a Wordpress plugin which will convert ugly-long-not-user-friendly links to links I can chose and have control of.
Here is an example:

will become

Yes, you are right! I want to beautify ugly affiliate links. Any ideas or suggestions?

At first I was not convinced and I thought it’s just another not very useful PHP script. But when I saw an example store, made by creators of the script, around my World Cup Corner, I definitely changed my mind. The demo is showing how easy it is to add an eBay store to an existing site.
