The Pixel Advertising Battle

Search engine marketing consultant, Umbert and search engine marketing expert Louis, challenged one another to a pixel selling duel - The Web Big Challenge. They think there is still possibility to make pixel business after the end of The Million Dollar Homepage.
The Web Big Challenge is a good copycat of The Million Dollar Homepage with some unique features. The price of each block is decided by the two challengers and it will be modified during the challenge, it’s up to advertisers to choose the right moment to buy a web space saving money.
The winner of the challenge will be the one that sells the most pixel space by the 2011 and the looser will have to keep the web domain online for 50 years and maintain the winner’s banners till 2056.
In the time of writing Louis is leading the challenge but there is still a lot of time for Umbert to win the duel.

Nice blog! I am looking to see how others are doing with their sites so that I could learn from them. Your site doesn’t have the sidebars that’s kind of unusual and makes it easy for the eyes. Keep up the good work !

Well, the pixel homepage really does not offer much advantage to the advertisers. It is better that the advertisers spend their time and money in building high quality text links from webpages having good page ranks and relevant to their websites. The pixel ad pages are essentially link farm pages, so better to avoid them.

PIxel Advertsing is at it’s best at pixaprize.com. if Umbert & Louis want to pick up some unique pixel site tips, they ought to take a look at the “pixa” sites at www.pixaprize.com, www.pixaffiliate.com and the accompanying pixaforum at www.pixaforum.com. Pixaprize is not only cheaper at just £15, but has a machanic for encouraging a multitude of clicks for advertisers!
